About USTARS Online

US Tank Alliance, Inc. manages its service reports through a state-of-the-art database system called USTARS (US Tank Alliance Report System).   We are proud to now provide online access to test reports, invoices and other related documents to our valued clients.

At this time, USTARS Online provides access to the following information:

• All US Tank Alliance standard service reports, to include:
  • UST / AST tightness testing
  • Line, leak detector, and impact valve testing
  • ATG Certification
  • Stage II testing - pressure decay, p/v vent cap, dynamic backpressure / blockage, air-to-liquid ratio
  • Cathodic Protection - test reports and surveys
  • Helium Pinpoint Testing
  • Special Services Report (memo-style report of non-standard activities such as troubleshooting, repairs, installations, etc)
• Invoices
• Scanned Documents (non-standard documents that have been scanned into the system, such as signature pages, client forms, and state-specific forms that are not standard USTA report formats, etc).  Scanned documents are available as pdf documents.

To ensure the highest service to our clients, user registrations are managed by real people. If you would like to request access, please email the US Tank Alliance Reports Manager. Please include your name, your company, a valid email address and a phone number at which you can be reached. All requests will be personally verified through the company contact of record.

If you are expecting to find a test report, form or other document and it is not available, please call or email the US Tank Alliance Reports Manager. It may be that the requested document has not yet been added to the USTARS database.
